If you’re looking for content published by a specific author, you can utilise Ahrefs’ Content Explorer tool.
Enter the author’s name in the following format as a search term:
“Author’s Name”: “Author”
No space should be left between the colon and first quotation mark when you click “Explore.”
This is a vast improvement above the Google search results.
Besides seeing more of what we’re looking for, the sidebar now includes sharing and backlink data.
All the sites that have accepted content from a certain author are listed here, along with analytics that allow you to quickly assess those sites.

Why interviews are fantastic for blog material is hinted at in the anchor text, which reads, “why interviews are wonderful for blog content.” That’s what the URL, “http://clevermarketer.com/interviews/blog-content.html,” tells me about the content. It’s a 404 as well.
Copyblogger is likely referring a source that discusses why interviews make for fantastic blog content.

However, if I click on the link, I’m taken to an error page.
This could be an easy win if I have relevant content on my website.
In order to ensure that my site’s content is in accordance with the Copyblogger piece, I would simply have to re-read it. As a result, I could then contact out to them and offer it as a quick remedy for their broken links.
There are several ways for me to get started if I don’t have any relevant content on the issue but still want to pursue this possibility. Then, I’d be able to come up with something better than it.
Since there’s no content, we can still see it despite its absence. This data is most easily accessed using Internet Archive, which allows you to look up what was previously available at a certain URL.

To see which domains are linking back to the original material, go back to Ahrefs and look at the referring domains for the page you want to skyrocket.
All of the backlinks to the page are listed here. Those links come from Moz.com, Entrepreneur.com, and SearchEngineJournal.
If you want to get your content in front of their audience, you’ll want to get in touch with these sites.
Create a resource library
Your blog entries and other useful pages are likely to constitute the majority of the links you build to your website. As a result, they are an excellent technique to develop high-quality linkages.

All of the domains you provided will be displayed, along with a list of the websites that link to them.
The number of domains in your list will need to be reduced if you obtain a generic list like this, with items that are of little use to you.
Remove some of the less likely possibilities from the list and re-examine.
The outcomes this time around are far more valuable.
You’ll find domains like CustomerThink and OnlineMarketingandSEO.com in our directory. They’d make for excellent backlink targets, no doubt.
You can then look for ways to contribute to these sites, such as by writing guest posts or replacing broken links, by doing so.
To gain a more in-depth look at your target keywords, you may analyse the backlinks to the exact URLs that are ranking for those keywords.
It takes more time and effort, but the natural backlink profile you’ll build this method will help you rise in the search engine results.

There is a lot of work involved in this strategy, but it’s worth it in the long run to build a natural backlink profile that will help you rank higher.
For each keyword, begin by gathering URLs rather than domains.
Ahrefs is a great place to look at the top ten organic results for “Halloween email marketing.”
In Site Explorer, we’d select Backlinks from the drop-down menu.
The infographic from GetResponse, on the other hand, had ten backlinks from different domain names, whereas several of the top search results only had one or two.
As a further step, you’ll need to go over all of your links and determine how your opponent got each one.
This can help to decide if their technique is something that you could use on your own site.
It’s possible that a link from that site could be earned by writing a guest post on that site, for example.
As long as the link is relevant to your niche and of excellent quality (and not just added to a directory), you might be able to get away with it.
